I have wanted an Omega constellation watch for over 30+ years! ( ever since Cindy Crawford used to advertise for them) and the one I desired was discontinued by Omega years ago so the only way to purchase it was second hand used. I heard about Swiss Watch Expo through an Omega dealer and she told me that it is a reputable website to buy watches from and so after visiting the website multiple times and seeing that the watch I wanted was there and then gone and I would have to wait several months for the one I wanted to appear again, I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy it. My husband was skeptical about spending so much money on a website but all doubts disappeared when the watch arrived exactly in time like they said it would!! I guess the original owner of the watch didn’t have the original box anymore but SWE put it in a beautiful box and it was packaged very well so it would not get damaged. We had to sign for it via UPS when it was delivered as well. The watch looks BRAND NEW!!!! You would never know it was used because it was in beautiful shape- polished to perfection and it was everything I dreamed it would be! I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend this website if you are considering buying a watch from them. You won’t be disappointed !

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my Rolex GMT II. Not knowing when or if I could get a new one from an authorized dealer I proceeded to investigate reputable luxury watch resellers. Swiss Watch Expo has an extensive inventory of fine luxury watches and an established store with needed support personnel. Trust is built and earned and with such an expensive price I was very cautious about spending so much money. However, after viewing various Rolex watches by a SWE representative I decided to proceed with my purchase. It’s been two weeks since receiving my watch and after setting the time it has been dead on with the time. There is not a scratch anywhere on my beautiful time piece or bracelet. I also own a nice dress datejust and this sport watch adds to my collection..

Having worn a Rolex Datejust 36 for the last 20 years, I was looking at renewing my watch collection with something that would give me the same premium feel while being more unique and different. I therefore spent a few weeks on the 'net comparing brands and models. Even as a first impression, SwissWatchExpo's Web site struck me as the most user-friendly as well as the one exuding the kind of elegance and sleek design that harmonizes with the product. After a few weeks, then, I had settled on three "finalists"--a steel and yellow gold Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Matic, an all-steel Cartier Ballon Bleu, and a truly unique Cartier Calibre featuring a brown dial and rose-gold bezel and bracelet-links. Which one to choose? I live three states away from Georgia, so a quick in-person visit was out of the question. So I decided to call SwissWatchExpo to pick their brains and perhaps get them to help me make a decision. The gentleman I spoke to, by the name of Ro, was quick to pull out the three watches in question and offer a Zoom call so that I could see them and learn more about them as well as the store. The Zoom call was quickly set up and Ro took me on a virtual tour of the shop. It's a super well organized outfit right out of a Bond movie--with a Web and photo department (which explains the excellence of their online presentation), a repair shop, a sales area, etc. Very impressive. Then Ro showed me the three models and upon some back and forth, I decided that the Cartier Calibre was my favorite. A couple key-strokes on their Web site, and I was able to order it the morning after, with the additional option of overnight shipping (a mere $50 extra). That was yesterday. Today, sure enough, I received my watch at 12 noon on the nose, and I couldn't be more pleased. The watch ships very securely, with triple packaging, in its box and with a red band around the bracelet--which allows you (as long as you don't remove it) to return the watch within 10 days if you so wish. As Ro had predicted, I have kept the watch and from now on it's going to be part of my signature look. Thank you SwissWatchExpo and thank you Ro for your excellent service. You have gained a loyal repeat customer.

Two things to improve upon; first, 2-day delivery actually meant five days if over the weekend - don’t order on Weds thinking it will arrive by Friday readied for a weekend event. Second point, it would be beneficial to see a photo of the watch on a wrist to get a sense of proportions- all watches seems to have the same dimensions on site.

I've actually bought from Swisswatchexpo before. Once in person while traveling through, and then now online. I've tried grailzee.. it's just a bunch of auctions where people refuse to sell if they don't meet reserves. I tried chrono24.. all offers are non binding and I've had a seller say his photographer chipped the watch after photos.. yet he accepted my offer, let me go into escrow, and then told me of the chip and needing 6-8 weeks to send it off. Swisswatchexpo only has online what's in inventory, and the checkout is smooth and fast. After after a payment didn't go through, they called me immediately after(I inputed the wrong billing address). All around the smoothest swiss watch 2nd hand seller ive dealt with.

Initially used a different site. Made excuses as to why they could not accept a trade in, and I certainly understand. That process took 3 weeks. With SWE, the whole process took 6 business days. I did not haggle over my trade in value, but I did get the watch I wanted.

I was given help at every turn when looking at buying 3 watches. I thought that I paid attention to every detail but on one of the watches the case was smaller than I thought and they pointed it out to me which saved me from a mistake (although they would have taken it back). This could have also have meant a lost sale for them, but luckily I found another watch I liked just as well. So I wired the money on Tuesday and received my watches on Thursday. It CAN work that fast! But remember, it's not their responsibility to point out every detail. Their site does a great job of listing so many details about the watch. It's up to the buyer to do your due diligence. I did not ask about the length of a watch band and ended up with a watch that was too tight. This was completely my fault though. I could have tried it on before removing the wrapping and sent it back but I didn't. I could have called them but didn't. I kept it and ended up buying a half of an oyster flex band to get one that fit. Not the easiest choice but I really wanted that watch so it was all on me. I would recommend them whole-heartedly!! Just ask questions about the band and know what size watch you are getting ESPECIALLY if this is your first watch.

The day after receipt, I called the ATL shop location (I'm local to ATL) and asked if I could come in to have a link removed. I was told someone would call me back - Never received the call. The next day I was able to make an appointment at the shop for that afternoon and a very nice man (forgot his name) helped me. All is well and I love the watch. Used SwissWatchExpo for the first time to acquire a watch that is near impossible to acquire directly from a AD given I live in the US and this was an exclusive to Harrods in the UK for Tutor. Price was fair and the product was perfect. Came with box and Papers and SWE also sent a soft carry case for travel with it which was a nice touch and something I used immediately. Would use again and recommended to friends when not buying from an AD.

I was very skeptical about purchasing without seeing the item first from an online store. But, after A LOT of research, I called and spoke with Michael. He was very professional and answered all of my questions... of which I had many. He took me step by step through their process. I needed the order rushed for deliver on a Saturday. He was very patient and understanding. He helped me to pick out the perfect gift and it was shipped and delivered as promised. I was panicked when it wasn't delivered by Noon on Saturday, but it turned out that the carrier's guarantee for residential deliveries is 9:00 pm; it arrived by 5:00. Purchased an Omega Aqua Terra 38mm watch March 2024. It was absolutely flawless. The watch was reasonably priced, delivery was exactly as promised (UPS). Vlad and the entire staff were extremely helpful. Normally I only buy new or pre-owned pieces such as this Rolex Daytona from authorized brand dealers. However after waiting over 3 years for a new Daytona, I decided to research other options. After looking at other highly reputable, highly rated online sights that carried the model I was looking for, I decided on SWE. Their reviews, the offer they made on the Rolex I wanted to trade in and the overall deal they made with me were the deciding factors. Being ever skeptical, I held this review until the watch arrived and was fully vetted by my local Rolex agency for authenticity and correctness. This process went flawlessly and I am extremely happy with the transaction. If there was one improvement I could recommend it would be to wrap the outer box in protective paper to prevent scratching during shipment and place it in a larger box for shipping. The watch box was crammed into a UPS shipping box obviously too small for it. Other than that a wonderful experience and I look forward to do business with Vlad in the future.
